Gulf Stream’s property tax bills for fiscal 2027 will have an increasingly familiar rate: $3.67 per $1,000 of taxable value, the same number it has been since 2021.

Taxes up; no change in rate — The Ocean Ridge Town Commission voted to hold the town’s tax rate at $5.40 for every $1,000 of taxable value, which is expected to produce an extra $1 million in tax revenue this year because of rising property values.
