Delray Beach: Fire chief's lawsuit includes texts from city attorney disparaging city manager

Former Delray Beach Fire Chief Keith Tomey is gone but the drama is not.

In his whistleblower lawsuit against the city filed on June 25 over his dismissal, Tomey includes a 2022 text message exchange between himself and Delray Beach
