Bobby and Joanne Julien served as hosts of the Community Foundation for Palm Beach and Martin Counties’ evening affair attended by several South County philanthropists. Joanne Julien is chairwoman of the foundation’s Scholarship Committee, and she educated those in attendance about the program and its impact on the community.
