  • Good News regarding "Easter" the beautiful Hawksbill Sea Turtle.  Gumbo Limbo staff report that "Easter" has been released back into the sea on May 3, 2013.

  • Hi, Joan: can you contact me regarding a story about Easter? Thanks. I sent a friend request; once you accept it, I'll message you with my email address.

  • Thank you. Hope she is doing well! Poor thing...

  • I will soon take a drive to Gumbo Limbo to see "Easter", the beautiful hawksbill sea turtle I came upon in Ocean Ridge.  I will let you know how "Easter" is doing after the xray !

  • I called Gumbo Limbo today April 4, 2013 to check on the condition of "Easter", the beautiful Hawksbill Sea Turtle that was found on the beach in Ocean Ridge, and the staff said that the sea turtle is doing well, and will soon have an xray as they suspect "Easter" ingested plastic.

  • awwwww!
