A new artificial reef was just built in 40' of water due east of the Jupiter lighthouse. Sculptor Chris O'Hare designed and built the 40 Reef Cells to create the Andrew "Red" Harris Foundation reef to honor the late diver. With the help of Palm Beach County ERM, the Coastal Conservation Association and many others, the Reef Cell reef is a significant addition to the marine habitat available in the north end of the county.
