A seat at Palm Beach Dramaworks
Where: Palm Beach Dramaworks’ Don & Ann Brown Theatre, 101 Clematis St., downtown West Palm Beach,
514-4042, ext. 102.
The gift: “Buying” a seat will ensure that your name or that of a loved one remains on that seat for perpetuity. You don’t have to pay the $5,000 at once, either, says Dramaworks’ managing director, Sue Ellen Beryl; it can be paid over five years.
All that and it’s tax-deductible, too. “Barring that, you also could buy tickets to a show,” Beryl said.
Tickets are $55 for the main season, and $35 for the Musical Theatre Master Series that begins Jan. 11 with Camelot.
How much: $5,000.
Benefits: Contributions help ensure the nationally acclaimed theater company fulfills its vision: “To enhance the quality of life through the transformative power of live theatre.”
