The Boynton Beach Hotel was built on the land south of Ocean Avenue in the late1800's.
There was a beautiful beach then and still exists today.
Several of the hotel guest cottages are still occupied in our town"

"We are south of a major groin in Ocean Ridge.  Our beach is fully 10 feet shorter and 4 1/2 deeper than the north side
of the groin.  It effectively traps and slows the transfer of sand.  The groins should be managed and extra sand should
be plowed…"

"I witnessed a derailment in our small town of Wayzata Minnesota.  The train was travelling at 25 MPH through our town, which was mandated.  It just missed the restaurant section.  Cars flew into the street, one even hit a building.
