Spinach Dip

Spinach Dip

1 pkg frozen chopped spinach

1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayonnaise

1 pkg Knors vegetable soup mix

1 tbl. Mrs. Dash

 

Thaw spinach in microwave for one minute. Drain well. Mix all ingredients and let refrigerate for at least two hours before serving with bread or crackers. Makes a nice presentation in pumpernickel bread bowl.

Note: Can use low-fat sour cream and mayo and no one will notice.
