Artichoke dip

Artichoke dip

2- 6 -oz or 7- oz jars of marinated artichoke hearts

1 small jar pimento

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup Parmesan cheese

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

½ tsp garlic powder

 

Chop drained artichokes and pimento. Mix ingredients together and spread evenly in greased pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Serve with study crackers.

 Note: Can use light mayo and low-fat mozzarella.
