Panel of "judges" will try a real Freedom of Prayer case. After the findings of each “bench”, Dr. Geller-Schwartz will reveal the actual decisions of both the District and the Appeal Courts. It is a super way to gain insight into the decisions and complexities that judges face.

This will be a wonderful hands-on learning experience and a great opportunity to see how courts can look at the same “facts,” yet reach very different conclusions.

Dr. Linda Geller-Schwartz was the Director General of the Women's Bureau in the federal Department of Labor in Canada, and a senior policy adviser to the government. Linda earned her PhD in Political Science from the University of Toronto and her M.Sc. from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
