4/5-7 - Yoga Workout at the Beach at Red Reef Park West, 1221 N. Ocean Blvd., Boca Raton. Build strength and flexibility, improve postural alignment and stabilize the core. Registration can be done at the Boca Raton Community Center, 150 Crawford Blvd., or on-site before class begins. Parking passes can only be obtained through the Community Center. Classes held on the grass overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. Cash not accepted on-site.
