Join Leslie Glickman, owner of Yoga Journey Studio, for an evening of Yin Yoga accompanied by live music under the stars in the Sculpture Garden.
The yoga practice will be appropriate for all levels. Yin Yoga is about deep relaxation and releasing tension. The poses are done slowly and are held for a long time so you can focus on the quality of your breath. No experience necessary, just a desire and a willingness to increase vitality and overall well-being.
Please remember to bring your yoga mats and water.
