Women's Softball Returns to Pompey Park One of the most popular participant sports in the United States is back at Pompey Park. Women ages, 18 years and up are welcome to join this slow-pitch softball league starting September 1, 2009. Cost of the league is $30.00 per person for Delray Beach Residents, and $35.00 per person for non-residents. Practices and games will be held Mondays through Thursdays from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the Pompey Park ball fields, 1101 NW 2nd St., and will run through February 2010.
