Women’s Circle Ribbon-Cutting Sunday, Oct. 3, 3 pm     What: Ribbon-Cutting celebrating Women’s Circle move to its newly renovated, larger facility.   When: Sunday, Oct. 3, at 3 pm   Where: 912 SE 4th Street, Boynton Beach   Why: Women’s Circle offers free classes and job assistance to low-income women; services provided for past decade.   More: Co-founders Sis.
