In conjunction with its 60th anniversary, Hôpital Albert Schweitzer Haiti (HAS) will hold its annual gala on Thursday, March 31, 2016 at the Breakers in Palm Beach. Garcelle Beauvais, Haitian-born film and television star and current co-host for E’s “Fashion Police” and “Access Hollywood Live,” will be honored at the event for her work in support of children in Haiti.
The event, “White Hot Night,” is co-chaired by Palm Beach residents Anna Mann, Louise Stephaich and Tom Quick. Princess Maria Pia de Bourbon Parme will serve as the Honorary Chair. The event begins at 7 p.m. and tickets are $500. The event is produced by ZEvent Co. in Palm Beach.
HAS was established in 1956 by Dr. Larry and Gwen Mellon, and today comprises a 131‐bed hospital, four community health centers, and six nutrition centers.
