October 7, 2023: a day that forever changed the Jewish narrative and pierced the hearts of Am Yisrael.
1,200 souls were brutally massacred, 240 men, women and children were taken hostage and thousands of lives were changed forever. This terror attack plunged the region into chaos. A full scale war was launched calling up hundreds of thousands of Israeli reservists and active military personnel to defend Israel and her inhabitants.
The tremors of October 7th are still being felt. As we come together, one year later, we reflect on the lives that were tragically lost as well as stories of resilience, unity, and hope.
Commemorating October 7th is not just about the pain and loss but about honoring the unwavering Israeli spirit and our shared commitment to Am Yisrael. Od lo avda tikvateinu, our hope is not yet lost.
