Republican George LeMieux, Florida's newest U.S. senator, will address congressional action on health care when he speaks at a noon luncheon of the Forum Club of the Palm Beaches. This will be LeMieux's first major address to a Florida audience since being appointed to the post by Gov. Charlie Crist in late April. Public tickets are $55 and must be purchased in advance by calling the Forum Club: 304-0570.
