Palm Beach County retirement community The Waterford is hosting author and successful aging specialist Dr. Roger Landry for a special presentation at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 28.
The ‘Live Long, Die Short’ presentation will encourage guests to take a simple approach to positive change and learn easy steps to a happier, healthier life.
The FitSix® program offered at The Waterford incorporates many of these ideas. The program focuses on six dimensions of wellness, including social, physical, vocational, intellectual, spiritual and emotional, that help maximize opportunities for fulfillment and healthy living for older adults.
