Originally part of the Plaza Theatre’s Fresh Pages series, this hilarious comedy explores intimacy at its most basic level. When a couple from Ohio inherits a clothing-optional resort in Key West, they discover parts of themselves never before exposed! The staff includes a gay front desk clerk who’s an aspiring drag queen and a lesbian handyman who moonlights as a dominatrix. And then there’s the potential buyer of the hotel, a businessman who likes giving women the business. Overwhelmed by the lifestyles of the resort’s staff and guests, the couple is forced to face questions of what they believe and who they really are.

Show Business Weekly wrote, “The greatest strength of Skin Deep is its ability to explore actual topics of substance, from sex roles in society to social roles in marriage, in a buoyant comedic framework.”
