Event Description

- The Music and Times of Henry Mancini - Presented as part of the Live at Lynn American Songbook Series at the Keith C. and Elaine Johnson Wold Performing Arts Center, Lynn University, 3601 N. Military Tr., Boca Raton. Mancini was one of the pioneers during the late ‘50s and ‘60s to introduce more jazz into film and television scores, such as “Moon River,” “Days of Wine and Roses,” “The Pink Panther,” “Peter Gunn” and “Mr. Lucky.” Sing along as Marshall Turkin’s Classic Jazz Ensemble pays homage to this Hollywood legend. 4 pm. $25-$40. 237-9000 or
