Join Annie Falk, entertaining doyenne and author, for an evening of fresh farm-to-table fare as she brings Hamptons-style entertaining to Swank Farms on December 6.
During cocktail hour guests will enjoy an amuse-bouche accompanied by a delicious welcome drink from Annie's new book, Hamptons Entertaining, and the author will be signing copies of her books which benefit the Children's Home Society of Florida and the Peconic Baykeeper.
Guests will dine al fresco in the Swank’s beautiful pole barn where they will be presented with a multi-course meal inspired by Hamptons Entertaining, and prepared by a dream team of chefs, restaurateurs and mixologists. Among the culinary stars creating your experience are acclaimed chef Dean James Max, Paula DaSilva and executive chef Adrienne Grenier of 3030 Ocean, Jeremy Ford of Matador Room by Jean-George, Lauren DeSheilds of Market 17, and pastry chef Huma Nagi of 3030 Ocean. Master Sommelier Richard Paladino and mixologist, Brett Hard, round out this talented team.
Bring a candlelit lantern and join us in lighting the barn at sunset to celebrate good food and friends in the expansive, nourishing beauty of nature.
