Team Garmin-Sharp Tour de France Cyclists Christian Vande Velde & Andrew Talansky will lead "Stuart's Wild Ride" Group Bike Ride through Boca Raton Saturday morning, November 23 to celebrate the efforts of South Florida Cycling Fanatics who united to support their team's efforts in the 2013 Tour de France. Customers at Stuart's Wild Ride Bike Shop dressed up to show their Argyle Pride during this summer's bike race, wearing bright blue costumes, hats and wigs as part of a month-long photo competition to be named the #1 Cervelo SuperFan of this esteemed international cycling event. In a photo finish, Stuart's Wild Ride customers edged out a Hawaiian bike shop to take top honors as the Most Dedicated Cycling Fans in the USA!
Stuart's Wild Ride Bike Shop won Cervelo's Argyle Pride Superfan Competition and as part of their prize, two members of the celebrated Team Garmin-Sharp are traveling to South Florida this Saturday morning to personally present an autographed Cervelo Tour de France racing bike to shop owner Stuart Abramson and then Christian Vande Velde & Andrew Talansky will lead all their fans on a 35 mile celebration ride through the streets of Boca Raton starting at 8am. This Meet the Pros event is free and open to the public but only cyclists who feel confident they can cycle 35 miles alongside the pros should register for the ride.
