Events

The South Florida Wildlife Center, an affiliate of The Humane Society of the United States, will hold an open house and the first session of its new “Wildlife Workshop” series, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.  Two workshops will be held on that day:  What To Do With Baby Wildlife at 11 a.m. and Safe Animal Handling at noon.  Tours of the wildlife trauma hospital and rehabilitation centers will be given.  The open house is free, but a $5 donation is requested for each class. The workshop series will be held weekly through April.
