Chris Gove is the President and Co-Founder of Saltwater Brewery, Delray Beach's first local production microbrewery with tasting room. A Florida native, Chris helped found the company in 2013, and has built a well-known craft beer brand that is distributed in cans and on tap throughout the state of Florida. Prior to opening Saltwater, Chris worked as an acquisitions analyst and systems coordinator for Oliver McMillan, a commercial real estate development firm in San Diego, California. Chris graduated from the University of San Diego with a Finance degree in 2010 and is an avid waterman who is passionate about surfing, fishing and the giving back to the ocean.

Modeled after "Science Cafes", Science on Tap is the only place in Palm Beach County where for the price of a cup of coffee, a quality craft beer, or a smooth glass of wine, anyone can come to discuss the latest trends in science and technology with a world-class scientist. With a motto to ‘drink up – get smart,’ you know you are in for a casual-education session, as the goal of the program is for guests to have fun while learning a little bit more about everyday curiosities.

No ticket required -- Admission is FREE! Seating is limited, please arrive early. Presentation starts @ 7pm and runs 30min. plus Q&A after. Brews and beverages available for purchase provided by Saltwater Brewery.
