Salsabor All Stars Band’s show features a mix of original Salsa music and covers of older legendary songs while incorporating the Cajón Peruano to the band with solos of percussion.
PERFORMER BIO:
Salsabor All Stars Band was founded by Juan Padron in 2018 during the quarantine. With the idea on mind of helping out musicians in a moment when the music industry was one of the most affected by the Pandemic. After the first rehearsal all band members agreed that the band was at the level of producing their own music. So far the band has 3 original songs recorded, “BENDICEME”, “ARREVETE” & “DE AQUI Y DE ALLA”.
Salsabor All Stars is working on bringing La Salsa Dura back with a touch of different musical traditions. The band is a combination of musicians from Puerto Rico, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Venezuela & Perú.
Lead Singer Marco Domenech has an extensive background in the Salsa scene. Marco Domenech was signed by Jerry Massucci “Fania Records” and recorded his first two albums, “MARCOS” & ” DUEÑO DEL SOL”. Shortly after Massuci passed away. In 2001 Marco also participated in the album “La Rumba soy Yo ” with BIS MUSIC. This album won a Latin Grammy that year.
