PLAZA THEATRE PRESENTS SPECIAL VALENTINE’S GIFT OF CABARET WITH PEOPLE WILL SAY WE’RE IN LOVE - THE MUSIC OF RODGERS & HAMMERSTEIN
David Kingery and Shelley Keelor sing “People Will Think We’re In Love,” other classic hits in two enchanted evenings.
The Plaza Theatre is offering a special valentine for music lovers with a two-night cabaret show featuring the songs of Rodgers & Hammerstein. People Will Say We’re In Love – the Music of Rodgers & Hammerstein commences on February 13 and 14 at 7:30 p.m. Top vocalists David Kingery and Shelley Keelor will perform with Eric Alsford accompanying on piano.
Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein produced some of the longest-running musicals in history including OKLAHOMA!, CAROUSEL, THE KING AND I, SOUTH PACIFIC, THE SOUND OF MUSIC, CINDERELLA and others. The Evening of Rodgers & Hammerstein will include songs from their famous musicals including People Will Say We’re In Love, Surry With a Fringe On Top, Shall We Dance, I Whistle a Happy Tune and others.
