National Security Status Leading Up To Election Day

WEST PALM BEACH, FL. (January 9, 2012) – Nationwide state level primaries and caucuses are underway to determine who should be declared candidates in the 57th quadrennial United States Presidential Election. But with all the debates, Stephen Hadley, United States Institute of Peace and Senior Advisor for International Affairs, believes there’s a bigger issue to think about leading up to Election Day on November 6, 2012.
On January 12th, join in the discussion as the World Affairs Council of the Florida Palm Beaches invites Mr. Hadley to the Palm Beach County Convention Center to discuss top national security issues facing our country as a run-up to the 2012 presidential elections.
Mr. Hadley has completed 4 years as the assistant to the president for National Security Affairs. Within that position he was the principal White House foreign policy adviser to past-President George W. Bush, directed the National Security Council staff, and ran the interagency national security policy development and execution process.
