Monster Splash Halloween Pool Party On October 23rd, join Delray Beach Parks & Recreation at Pompey Park Pool for a fun filled, festive night at the annual Monster Splash Halloween Pool Party at Pompey Park Pool, 1101 NW 2nd St. The party will run from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm and will have games, prizes and more.
