Legalizing Marijuana will be the topic at the Aug. 12 meeting of the Gold Coast Tiger Bay Club at the City Fish Market, 7940 Glades Road.. Guest speaker is Ben Pollara, campaign manager at United for Care, the main organization advocating for the approval of Amendment 2 in November.
