Lantana, FL – Are you interested in saving money, gas, energy and water while helping to preserve and protect the environment??   Then you should join us at the 4th  Annual Lantana GreenFest 2011.  Please see www.lantana.org for more information & vendor opportunities.

 

This free, family-oriented event, sponsored by the Town of Lantana, will feature demonstrations and talks on affordable eco-friendly practices that can reduce our environmental impact while helping to save money.  Free food and family entertainment will be provided including: music by Rod MacDonald; the Busch Wildlife Sanctuary show; a bounce house and tire swing.  AND see the Chevy VOLT! – the new battery-powered sports car!

 

Radio Green Earth is a sponsor and will also be there!  Other sponsors are: Gehring Group; BenTek; Whole Foods, Wellington; and the City of Atlantis; and Towns of Haverhill; Ocean Ridge; and Palm Beach Shores.

 

Four outstanding information sessions will offer lots of great ideas on how to be "Green" and save money doing it!!

Session 4: Solar Energy / Efficiency & Conservation

 

We will have exhibitors sharing all kinds of energy and water saving ideas, resources, equipment, and home improvements you can use.  They will be outside under the shade along with the free food and family entertainment. GreenFest 2011 will be held at the Lantana Town Hall at 500 Greynolds Circle, just west of Dixie Highway.
