Duncan Conference Center is holding a Labyrinth Retreat with world renowned Author, Spiritual Director and Labyrinth Facilitator/Trainer, Reverend Dr. Lauren Artress. Dr. Artress re-popularized labyrinths all over the world and is the author of several books. Enjoy a get-away to learn, meditate, wonder, wander and pray. All are welcome. The labyrinth is an ancient tool for spiritual self-discovery. It invites us to travel inward and then outward, to open ourselves to new possibilities. The labyrinth is used for meditative walking, healing, discernment, and stress reduction. Dr. Artress will lecture Friday evening, January 22, from 7:00pm – 9:00pm and conduct an all day labyrinth workshop Saturday, January 23, from 9:30am to 4pm. Dr. Artress will also be conducting labyrinth facilitator training for those that want to learn to become labyrinth facilitators on Sunday, January 24 and Monday, January 25.
