Free Halloween Event for Dog Lovers and their Pups Description: The Count & Countess de Hoernle South County Service Center of the American Red Cross has partnered with several area vendors to host its first-ever Howl-o-ween Party, a free event for pet owners and their pups, that will offer a variety of fun activities including: a dog costume party, a dog pie-eating contest, Halloween photos, doggy bags and more! Attendees will also learn how to keep dogs healthy, how to prepare for a pet-related emergency and how to recognize and respond to a medical emergency until veterinary care is available. At the Howl-o-ween Party, the organization will premiere a Dog CPR/First Aid DVD and will have a Dog First Aid guide available for purchase. Local Vendors: Beast to Beauty, TLC Animal Hospital, Tri-County Humane Society, Bow Wow Meow & More, Pet Lover, Woof Dogs, Peace of Mind Animal Care, Heel 2 Heal, Paradise Pet Center, and Tailwaggers. The Vendors will be displaying their pet related products and offering their expert advice.
