Historic Sundy House in Delray Beach, along with DU20 Holistic Oasis, will be hosting, “Holistic Health in Paradise” on Tuesday, February 19.   Sundy House’s Taru Gardens will be the site of Tai Chi by the Cenote “living” pool, complimentary massages and information from Doctor of Oriental Medicine Nick Kusturic.

 

The event will also feature a three- course lunch created by Chef Lindsay Autry, Sundy House’s new Executive Chef, as she shares her philosophy on sustainability.  Chef Lindsay, a “Top Chef Texas” finalist, most recently served as the Executive Chef of Michelle Bernstein’s at The Omphoy Ocean Resort in Palm Beach.  She describes her cuisine as soulful, embracing Mediterranean flavors while blending in her southern roots.

 

The event takes place on Tuesday, February 19 from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.   Guests will also have the opportunity to tour the Taru Gardens and more than 500 species of rare and exotic plants.  The cost is $60 and RSVPS can be made by calling 561-272-5678.
