Marking the 70th Anniversary of the end of World War II and the Holocaust, History Becomes Memory is a moving tribute to the endurance of the human spirit. An exhibition of installations specially commissioned from five contemporary artists – Renata Stih and Frieder Schnock, Shimon Attie, Terry Berkowitz, and Izhar Patkin  – along with watercolors from 20th century artist Samuel Rothbort are presented together, creating a dialogue about ideas of bigotry, fear, resilience, and the need for homeland.
