10/31 - Halloween Parade & Kids Fest - Trick or Treat the merchants on Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm, then gather on the grounds of Old School Square where costumes will be judged. Sponsored by the Noontime Kiwanis of Delray Beach, the parade begins at 1:30 pm. Parade moves from the southeast grounds of Old School Square east to Veterans Park where ice cream will be served to all costumed children. Kids Fest will be held at Veterans Park, 1- 4pm. 276-6537.
