Riva, President, EPOCH Properties, Inc. *Glenn Jergensen, President, Boynton Beach Chamber of Commerce WHAT: Grand Opening of Las Venatanas and VIP Cocktail Reception http://www.lasventanasonline.com WHEN: Thursday, December 3, 5:30p.m -8:30 p.m. Ribbon cutting ceremony 6:00 p.m. LOCATION: Las Venatanas Clubhouse, 1351 South Federal Highway, Boynton Beach, FL, 33435 WHY: In response to a critical need for rental properties caused by the wave of condo conversions in recent years, the Boynton Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) worked with developer Epoch Properties, Inc. to launch Las Ventanas, a 494-unit complex featuring rental apartments and retail space. Located on 15 acres at the corner of Woolbright Road and Federal Highway, the project promises to bring a needed alternative to the affordable housing shortage with apartments located close to downtown, transportation, shopping, entertainment and the beach. This catered event will include guided tours of the property by staff after the 6:00 p.m. ribbon cutting.
