REEL ABILITIES  PALM  BEACH  FILM FESTIVAL

The largest national film festival celebrating the lives, stories and art of people with disabilities.

Director: Justin Lerner, Narrative, 94 minutes, USA

Evan, a young man with Down Syndrome, lives with his mother in a working-class town hit hard by the recent economic recession. When he unexpectedly comes into a large amount of money, Evan uses it to pursue Candy, the girl he has loved since high school. With Shannon Woodward (Raising Hope)  and Jackson Rathbone (The Twilight Saga)   An official selection at the  Toronto International Film Festival , Moscow Film Festival and audience award at IFP Gotham Independent Film Awards.
