Duo Turgeon Presents an Evening of Two-Piano Music
The department of music in the School of the Arts in Florida Atlantic University’s Dorothy F. Schmidt College of Arts and Letters presents the world renowned Duo Turgeon in concert on Saturday, January 23 at 7:30 p.m. in the University Theatre on FAU’s Boca Raton campus, 777 Glades Road. Concert-goers will enjoy an evening of classics and contemporary music for two pianos, including works by Aaron Copland, Muzio Clementi, Amy Beach, Michael Baker, J.S. Bach, Max Reger, Victor Babin and Carlos Surinach.

Duo Turgeon is made up of the husband and wife team of Anne-Louise and Edward Turgeon. Born in Montreal and Toronto, respectively, the team has been playing together since 1988. They have given hundreds of performances, including a European debut at the Concertgebouw of Amsterdam and a New York debut at Weill Recital Hall, to name a few.
