Michelle welcomes esteemed tenor Gerardo Ortega to join her in this wonderful evening. Mr. Ortega is Artistic Administrator of the Downtowner Concert Series and Director of Music at First Church Miami, and three-time Miami Individual Artist Award Winner of the Miami-Dade Department of Cultural Affairs as a performer, composer and recording artist. His recent stage credits include debuts with New Orleans Opera as Arturo in Lucia di Lammermoor and Orchestra Miami’s The Road of Promise.
