Aspiring artists will discover proper brush and stroke techniques. Learn design and composition with emphasis in water color painting. All classes are led by local artist Vicki Morningstar. Classes are held on Friday from 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Fees: $69 per non-resident and $55 per resident for each session. Session I: September 18 - October 24; Session II: November 6 – December 18. All classes meet at the Intracoastal Park Clubhouse, 2240 N. Federal Highway. Pre-Registration is required for all recreation programs. Registration takes place at Intracoastal Park Clubhouse. Hours: Tuesday – Thursday 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Friday 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., and Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Please bring proof of residency when you register and for children a birth certificate is required.
