"505" Teen Center takes Day Trip to Skatepark of Tampa Skateboarders, inline skaters and rip stick users are invited to spend the day with the Delray Beach Parks and Recreation Department at Skatepark of Tampa, Florida on Tuesday, August 3rd. Skatepark of Tampa has an 8,000 square foot indoor street course, 4,500 square foot indoor kiddie course, indoor bowl and mini ramp, 40 foot outdoor vert ramp and snack bar/parents lounge. The cost to join the trip is $50.00 per person for "505" Teen Center and Hobbit Skate Park Members and $55.00 for non-members and includes bus transportation, all day skate, lunch at the skatepark and dinner. The bus will leave the "505" Teen Center at 6:15 am and is estimated to return at 9:00 pm. Reservations and payments are required in advance - by July 24th - and a signed waiver is required. After July 24th, the price will be $60.00 per person. Space is limited to the first 50 fully registered participants. Individuals under 15 years old will be required to wear a helmet and full pads; 15 over participants will be required to wear helmets only. Minimum age to join the trip is 8 years old.
