5/6 - Date Night with the Chef: Summer Grilling and Barbeque is held at the Ritz-Carlton, 100 S. Ocean Blvd., Manalapan. Led by Executive Chef Ryan Artim and Chef Chris Roth, participants enjoy Champagne and chef's table of charcuterie and cheeses, a tour of back-of-house kitchens and dabbling in the latest food trends.
