Thursday - 8/5 - Date Night with the Chef! Discover Mediterranean and Middle Eastern Cuisine at the Ritz-Carlton Palm Beach, 100 S. Ocean Blvd., Manalapan. Start with champagne and a chef's table of charcuterie and cheeses, then tour the back-of-house kitchens, dabble in the latest food trends and even make your own hummus.
