columbinus (lowercase intended) is a documentary drama that probes the psychological warfare of alienation, hostility, and social pressure that goes on in high schools across America.  It was sparked by the 1999 massacre at Columbine High School in Jefferson County, Colorado.

Bob Carter's Actor's Workshop & Repertory Company (Actor's Rep) presented the play in Lake Worth last January to sold out audiences, and have now, by popular demand, made it their first show in their new theatre home.

This Actor's Rep production of columbinus is the season premiere for its new theatre and acting studio at 1009 N. Dixie Hwy., West Palm Beach.  The show previews Thurs., Sept. 1 at 8 p.m. and opening night is Fri., Sept. 2, at 8 p.m. The rest of the show dates and times are as follows:
Sat., Sept. 3 - 8 p.m.
Sunday, Sept. 4, matinee, 2 p.m.; evening,  7 p.m.
Fri., Sept. 9,  8 p.m.
Sat., Sept, 10, 8 p.m.
Sun. Sept. 11, matinee,  2 p.m.; evening, 7 p.m.
Fri., Sept.16,  8 p.m.
Sat., Sept. 17, 8 p.m.
Sun. Sept. 18, matinee,  2 p.m. and evening, 7 p.m.

Tickets ($25 adults and $15 students for Feb. 10 preview) are $25 adults and
$15 students, and may be purchased starting the evening of 8/24/2011 at
