Chris Evert/Raymond James Pro-Celebrity Tennis Classic November 5-7, 2010 October 6, 2010: The City of Delray Beach proudly hosts the 2010 Chris Evert/Raymond James Pro-Celebrity Tennis Classic from November 5 - 7, 2010. Held in association with the Broward Health Chris Evert Children's Hospital, legendary tennis figure Chris Evert is joined by renowned athletes and well-known celebrities to support programs that assist children and families in our home state who are considered "at risk" due to alcohol and drug addiction. Chris Evert and friends will welcome guests at two (2) exciting events on Friday, November 5th: The Pro-Am Tennis & Lunch and the Classic Cocktail Reception. A special evening of dining and dancing is planned for Saturday, November 6th, when Chris hosts the Pro-Celebrity Gala at the Boca Raton Resort & Club. Weekend tennis action at the Delray Beach Stadium and Tennis Center, 201 West Atlantic Avenue, promises to entertain spectators during the Pro-Celebrity Tennis Classic on Saturday, November 6th and Sunday, November 7th between 11:00 am - 3:00 pm. Since 1989, Chris Evert Charities has donated more than $18.4 million to charitable organizations. Chris and friends continue to support programs that strive to help at-risk children and their families in an ongoing campaign against drug abuse and child neglect in Florida.
