The Restaurant at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach Hosts Chimney Rock Wine Dinner

Palm Beach, FL (May 31, 2011) – The Restaurant, the premier dining venue at Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, will host a Winemaker’s Dinner on Sunday, June 26, 2011 featuring a selection of highly acclaimed wines from Napa Valley’s Chimney Rock vineyard. The four-course gourmet dinner will be paired with wines selected by the guest of honor, Elizabeth Vianna, Chimney Rock’s General Manager and Head Wine Maker.
Offered at $115 per person, the event starts with an informal reception beginning at 6:30 pm followed by dinner at 7:00 pm. Guests will enjoy a sampling of Chimney Rock’s highly praised and sought-after vintages including Elevage Blanc 2007, Fume Blanc 2009, Elevage 2006 and Cabernet Sauvignon 2007 carefully matched to a gourmet menu created by the resort’s Executive Chef, Darryl Moiles.
