Join Broward Health for “Mobilize to Immunize” on Saturday, August 12 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for free immunizations. Immunizations prevent dangerous, sometimes life-threatening diseases such as: Chickenpox, Diphtheria, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, HPV, IVP, Measles, Meningitis, Mumps, Pertussis (whooping cough), Pneumonia, Polio, Rubella and Tetanus. Through the Mobilize to Immunize initiative, uninsured children ages 4-18 years old can get free immunizations. The parent or legal guardian must be present and have the child’s current immunization record. Please bring the Florida form 680 to make the process go smoother. Insured children should see their assigned pediatrician to update their immunization record.
