Boca Helping Hands (BHH) is pleased to be the beneficiary of the inaugural “Bridging the Distance" 5K Run/Walk (#BTD5K) sponsored by Mobile Help, Boca Raton Innovation Campus (BRiC) and BRiC owner and landlord Crocker Partners. The event, a certified 5K for runners ranging from amateurs to professionals, will be held Saturday, March 14 at 7 a.m. at BRiC, 5000 T-Rex Ave. Boca Raton, FL 33431. Adults run for $30 at 7 a.m. and children ten and under run for free at 8 a.m.

All registered runners will receive an AccuChip to record their net times (actual). First, second and third place awards will be presented in five age groups, including under ten and over eighty. T-shirts and participation medals will be given to the first 300 runners. Participants will enjoy complimentary refreshments from Einstein Bagels, Adam & Joe Know Lunch and more.

“We are proud to have the opportunity to partner with our tenants MobileHelp and Modernizing Medicine to leverage the 123 acres that make up BRiC in order to back such an impactful cause,” said Giana Pacinelli, Marketing Director for Crocker Partners. “When MobileHelp first came to us with the idea, we instantly wanted to be the host. This family-friendly event is geared to bring the community together for a morning of fitness, fundraising, and fun!”

Runners who sign up before March 1st will be included in a raffle for two nights lodging at a Bluegreen Resort Villa in Orlando.
