Event: Blessing of the Pets

Who: Board of Deacons, Associate Pastor Rev. Aaron Janklow, church youth and Share-A-Pet
What: Third annual Blessing of the Pets to commemorate our furry, feathered and finned friends! Pet-inspired worship service followed by individual pet blessings. Special guests will include the South Florida-based Share-A-Pet, a pet assisted therapy volunteer organization. All pets must be on a standard leash or in a carrier. Photos of pets and children’s stuffed animals are also welcome.
A free-will offering will benefit the Deacons’ Scholarship Fund, which assists deserving members of the church pursuing full-time higher education.
