Tuesday April 21, 2p.m.,Audubon Society of the Everglades 4th in our Special Monthly Tuesday Afternoon of South-County MEETINGS and LECTURE at Gumbo Limbo Nature Center, 1801 N Ocean Blvd, Boca Raton, Fl 33432 (on A1A). Lectures are free and open to the public.Come see a photography program-lecture on “Palm Beach County Birds” by ASE’s own Claudine Laabs. Claudine Laabs has been called an artist with a camera. Her superlative photographs of Florida’s birds have been published in World Wildlife Fund books and Audubon calendars, as well as many magazines like Natural History and U.S. News and World Report. Her solo exhibitions include Boca Raton Museum of Art and the Historical Museum of Southern Florida. She is past president of the Audubon Society of the Everglades (Palm Beach County Chapter.)Come learn about the birds in your backyard!
